Phil Paquette, 2026 Summer Concert T-Shirt Design Contest Winner

Phil paquette

A 37-year resident of North Kingstown, Phil Paquette and his wife raised their two children in town, supporting North Kingstown schools and participating in town youth sports leagues.  Now retired, Phil volunteers at the North Kingstown Food Pantry, and plays bass for the Wing Nuts, a local classic rock band. His biggest fan is his baby grandson, Nolan.  Phil’s passion for art and design inspired him to create the graphic for the 2026 Summer Concert Series T-Shirt Design Contest.
