Most publications require information at least two weeks prior to the event. Make sure you are clear and concise and include information relevant to your event including date, location, time, ticket price, ticket outlets, contact phone number, social media handles, and any special features of the event. You also can include a publicity photo or poster that may help the event get featured. Remember the more publicity, the greater possibility for a great turnout and a successful event!
